 Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation was founded in 1963 by 7 individuals running two zinc (one 100 ton and one 300 ton) and two aluminum (one 100 ton and one 400 ton) die cast machines. Over the last 40 years Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation has grown as a major supplier of aluminum die castings. Premier has grown to encompass two die casting plants, a CNC Machining facility and a Tooling and Research facility. |

2004 Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation received the 2003 Platinum Stake Award by the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce.
1996,1997,1998, and 2000 Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation received the Quality Performance Awards from Whirlpool Corporation.
February 97 Journal Era: Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation has achieved third party certification to the ISO (Internal Organization for Standardization) 9002 international quality standards, which means it can supply goods or services for national or international companies requiring the highest level of excellence.
June 96 : Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation receives the 1996 Environment Education Award from The Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
June 95 : Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation receives the 1995 Better Workplace Award from The Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
June 94 : Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation was the first Ausco Products, Inc. supplier to receive the Supplier Award of Excellence.
December 91 : Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation won with a family of eight alloy 380 aluminum die castings for an automated-retracting industrial electric cable reel built by Aero-Motive Co. Forty percent of the parts, 60% of the fasteners and 40% of the assembly time were eliminated by redesigning the reel as a die casting. Modern Metals
