 Premier Tool & Die Cast Corporation has experienced steady growth in the die casting industry since our beginning in 1963. As a die caster our business success has been a direct result of our ability to help our customers succeed. Premier is a non-union employee owned company with over 250 associates in a three shift operation.

Premier primarily uses A360, A380 and other specialty alloys  to serve many industries including second tier automotive, heavy truck, agriculture, appliance, military, homeowner equipment and telecommunications industries. Premier operates (29) 600 - 1200 ton high pressure aluminum die cast machines. All die cast cells utilize automated ladles, sprayers, extractors and trim presses. Premier uses the latest technologies including full shot monitoring of our 29 die cast machines. Secondary machining capabilities range from high volume dedicated machining centers to flexible CNC machines. Various abrasive finishing machines are utilized to meet the customer needs. Premier utilizes local companies to meet customer requirements that include a variety of secondary processes such as: E Coat, Chromate: Hexavalent or Trivalent, Anodize,  Impregnation, Powder coat, Alodine 5200, Silkscreen, Sanding, Vibratory Deburr / Ball Burnish and Assembly.
